This Sony channel receiver provides the full HD 1080 home cinema experience. It features the 7.1-channel surround sound system, and has a number of built-in audio and video decoders, which include a DTS-ES decoder, Dolby Pro Logic II and Dolby TrueHD. The 7.1-channel receiver has seven channels that are capable of producing 110 watts at 1 KHz with THD of one percent. Primarily, the Sony channel receiver has three sorts of connector ports, which include a headphone jack, coaxial digital input and optical digital input. The Sony STR-DH800 channel receiver also features a built-in radio. This radio digitally plays 30 preconfigured AM and FM stations, and supports Sirius satellite radio. The special feature of this 7.1-channel receiver is the auto-calibration mike.
